Returns & Refunds Policy

At My Tee Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a print-on-demand business, each item is made to order once your purchase is placed. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including shipping.


Returns for Other Reasons

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Colour preference

  • Change of mind

To help ensure the best fit, we encourage customers to carefully review the size charts available on each product page before placing an order.


Refunds

Refunds are available only for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return or replacement is required due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).
For approved replacements, we cover the shipping cost of the new item.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Requests made outside the 7-day reporting period

  • Items reported without prior contact or supporting information
